When I first arrived at the hotel, they let me check in early because my room was available, but I noticed the rooms were pretty outdated. The bathroom wasn't clean, and there wasn't enough space to open two suitcases. The shower area was too small, making it uncomfortable to wash hair without bumping elbows or bending down to pick up soap. Despite needing renovation, the room was clean, and when I closed the balcony doors, it effectively blocked out the noise from the busy road.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were in need of renovation and had some issues like limited space and outdated facilities, but they were clean and fairly quiet once the balcony doors were closed.
Service
7.0
The service was a mix of good and bad experiences. The front desk staff, especially the gentleman who spoke multiple languages, provided excellent service. However, some other staff members were not as friendly and insisted on cash payment for city taxes, which was inconvenient and unhelpful.
Location
8.0
The location of the hotel was amazing, with easy access to major attractions like Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. It was perfect for exploring Rome on foot, despite being on a noisy road.
Dining

The dining experience was very good overall. There was a nice variety of food options including yogurt, cereals, fresh produce, and good bread. The espresso coffee machine was a standout feature, and the view added to the pleasant dining atmosphere.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's facilities were good overall, offering a decent dining experience with a great espresso coffee machine and a nice view. However, some aspects like room cleanliness and guest services could be improved.

The hotel had a very bad smell coming from the AC that persisted for 3 days, although the room itself was comfortable, clean, and up to date with two single beds fixed within a frame. The front desk service was ideal, especially the gentlemen who speak several languages and handle requests with ease, despite a not pleasant experience overall. The location was good, right around the corner from the Trevi Fountain and near the Pantheon, although there were noise issues and piles of dirty laundry to pass by when exiting. The dining experience was abundant and perfect, offering a great way to start each day with a view over the city from the top level of the hotel.
